About Mark Higgs

Mark Higgs has over fifteen years communications industry experience managing content, brand development and integrated programs in Australia, the UAE and the UK, on international brands including HTC, Vodafone, Nestlé, nudie, Audi, Evian, Woolworths, Weet-Bix, ING Direct and the Palm Jumeirah Dubai.

Mark joined the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet in 2015 to transform the Government’s communication channels and content approach. In his role of Director, Digital and Content Strategy, Mark has redesigned the NSW Government’s website to suit the needs of community including customised location based content and improved services portal. Mark has also developed the NSW Government’s social media strategy and established a whole of government social media community of practice.
