About Craig Swinburne

Craig Swinburne is an innovative executive with 36 years’ experience with Bank of New Zealand and NAB across Business Banking, Retail Banking, Contact Centres and Customer Journeys.

Spending the last 14 years at NAB, Craig previously held the role of General Manager Business Direct - running 43 teams within the Business Banking & Merchant Contact Centres, and Transactional Fulfilment Centre Teams.

Craig has a particular passion for building and leading high performing teams who service customers directly, including the implementation of innovative technology solutions that enable the organisation to deliver a world class customer experience.

As a natural evolution, Craig is now leading the rapid design and execution of NAB’s Business Bank customer service digital transformation as General Manager Business Support Customer Journey.
