CeBIT AUSTRALIA TERMS & CONDITIONS

Definitions

“Event” shall mean CeBIT Australia, including the exhibition, campus sessions, conferences, workshops, Gala Dinner, and associated events which will take place on 5 – 7 May 2015, at Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney, Australia. “Organiser” shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.

Prices

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Discount Prices

Super Saver and Early Bird discount prices apply for the Event if on-line registration and payment is completed before midnight on the following specified dates, or if the manual registration form is correctly completed and submitted with full and correct payment to the Organiser before 5pm on the following specified dates.

Special Super Saver discount for CeBIT Australia expires on Wednesday 31 December 2014. Super Saver discount for CeBIT Australia expires on Friday 13 February 2015. Early Bird discount for CeBIT Australia expires on Friday 13 March 2015. Standard Price discount for CeBIT Australia expires on Friday 1 May 2015 5pm. CeBIT Week price applies from 5pm on Friday 1 May 2015 and continue for the duration of the event.

Exhibition Fee

Exhibition fee ($90 + GST onsite, includes one campus session. Free exhibition entry is provided when booking any of the Silver Pass, Gold Pass or Platinum Pass. If the exhibition is booked and paid for first, and subsequently a conference (including Silver Pass, Gold Pass and Platinum Pass) is booked, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.

Campus Sessions

One campus session is provided with the exhibition fee. Additional sessions can be purchased for $29 + GST per session, a day pass for $90 + GST or a Multiple Day Pass for $150 + GST. If a particular session is already booked out you can put yourself on a waiting list. Those with a waiting list ticket will be the first people admitted in to the session on the day if the room is not full. You must nominate a day for each campus session prior to the event to secure a place in the session. Changes to campus session selection can be made up until 1 April 2015.

Silver Pass

The Silver Pass provides entry for one person to the exhibition and campus sessions for all three days plus access to the conference sessions of your choice on a nominated day. All conference sessions must be pre-selected upon booking to secure a place in the session. Changes to conference sessions selection can be made up until 1 April 2015. No changes can be made for bookings after 1 April 2015. The Gala Dinner is not included in the Silver Pass. Silver Pass is not transferable.

Gold Pass

The Gold Pass provides entry for one person to the exhibition and campus sessions for all three days plus access to the conference sessions of your choice across two nominated days. All conference sessions must be pre-selected upon booking to secure a place in the session. Changes to conference sessions selection can be made up until 1 April 2015. No changes can be made for bookings after 1 April 2015. The Gala Dinner is not included in the Gold Pass. Gold Pass is not transferable.

Platinum Pass

The Platinum Pass provides entry to one person to the exhibition and campus sessions for all three days plus conference sessions of your choice across all three days. The Platinum Pass also provides the option of one seat at the Gala Dinner, but you must contact the Organiser to secure your seat. Platinum Pass is not transferable.

Payment Policy

Payment for the Conferences and Dinner is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments and conference materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. For bookings made on or before Friday 17 April 2015, if full payment is not received by 5pm on Friday 17 April 2015, the attendee registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise. For bookings made after Friday 17 April 2015, if payment is not received the same day then the attendee registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise

Cancellation and Substitution

This Event is organised by Hannover Fairs Australia who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the Exhibition, conference, networking events to any entity or individual. Hannover Fairs Australia’s receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned.

No refunds will be made for cancellations. If you are unable to attend the Event and wish to substitute another attendee in your place, you must send a correctly completed pro-forma Attendee Substitution Form to the Organiser no later than 5pm on Friday 24 April 2015. A charge of $100 + GST applies. Phone substitutions will not be accepted. If proper notification is not provided within this deadline, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse the substitution.

Event program

The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the published Event program is correct at the time of the actual Event. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the Event, and the Organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event, in which case full refunds for registrations will be issued to attendees that have paid. The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered attendees. In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these ‘Terms and Conditions of Participation’, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.

Confirmation

Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser once full payment has been received. This e-mail will also become your tax invoice.

Entry to the Event

The Event is a trade show and entry is restricted to business people. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to non-business people, such as students and people under 18. Any students undertaking a recognised IT course wishing to attend the Event exhibition should contact the Organiser to pre-arrange student visiting groups. All visitors to the Event agree not to attempt to canvass exhibitors. Any visitors attempting to canvass exhibitors may be asked to leave. All visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed by the Organiser’s official photographer/videographer, and consent to their image being used in promotional material by the Organiser..

Permission to use mobile text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number during registration for the Event, you are permitting the Organiser to SMS to your number up to 5 times. Should you wish you unsubscribe, reply “remove” to the SMS.

GovInnovate Terms and Conditions

Definitions

“Event” shall mean GovInnovate Summit, which will take place on 25 November 2014 – 27 November 2014 , at the National Convention Centre Canberra, Australia. “Organiser” shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.

Discount Prices

Discount prices apply for the event if registration and payment is completed before midnight on the specified Discount Date. The Super Saver Price applies if this form is correctly completed and submitted with full and correct payment to the Organiser by 4 July 2014. The Early Bird Price applies if this form is correctly completed and submitted with full and correct payment to the Organiser by 12 September 2014. The Standard Price applies if this form is correctly completed and submitted with full and correct payment to the Organiser by 21 November 2014. After 21 November 2014, the On-site Price applies.

Payment Policy
