About Charlotte Wood
Charlotte Wood is the Manager of Cyber Security Engagement for the NSW Government Chief Information Security Officer. She is responsible for delivering programs that aim to increase cyber security preparedness, improve the ability to recover after a cyber incident, and uplift cyber security culture across NSW Government. Previously, Charlotte was the Manager of Cybercrime Intelligence at the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission working with the Australian Cyber Security Centre. In this role, Charlotte led Australia’s whole-of-government cybercrime threat picture. Her 14 years with the Commission involved working across Australia on a variety of criminal intelligence topics including drugs, money laundering, child sex offences and fraud. Charlotte has academic qualifications in finance and social research. Charlotte also has experience working collaboratively across law enforcement and intelligence agencies both within Australia and internationally.
