About Cathy Costello
Cathy is an experienced leader of business transformations in the banking industry. Recent roles have demonstrated the importance of quality customer information to delivering what the customer wants – whether it be faster loan documentation, better service or a relevant offer for their next product. Cathy was business lead on the Customer Nexus Programme which built a single customer repository for the CBA Group then became the Head of Customer Information, a role created to leverage that advance, where she refined the definition of ‘customer’ and implemented visual metrics for data quality. Cathy is now working with Robinson Ryan on business intelligence questions raised by Commonwealth agencies.
