Help Promote CeBIT
CeBIT Australia’s co-operative marketing program is a series of marketing initiatives for exhibitors and sponsors to help promote their participation at the show, and to add value to their investment by assisting to reach new customers.
The Co-operative Marketing Program, all provide free of charge to exhibitors and sponsors, consists of:
HTML email invitations
These are co-branded html pre-designed e-mail templates into which partners can insert their own logo and words and send to their customer database inviting them to visit their stand at CeBIT and offering special deals such as free exhibition entry. CeBIT can even issue the html on their behalf.
Web banners
There are a variety of banners available that be embedded into partner websites or as a footer in outgoing emails. Various size logos are available for each technology vertical category.
Public Relations / Media
CeBIT can provide expert advice on producing a good press kit and a good press release. Exhibitors and sponsors can send CeBIT their press releases which may be posted on the CeBIT website, used for a story in the CeBIT newsletter, or used to pitch a story to media.
Hard copy Invitations
This is a double-sided DL sized invitation that includes a special promotional code that recipients can use to get free exhibition registration. These are provided free of charge to exhibitors and sponsors but the distribution to their customers is at their cost. They can be mailed to customers with a covering letter (for which CeBIT can provide a template) or sent out with an existing mail-out.
