Manager, Information Technology, Special Broadcasting Services – SBS

Klaus is responsible for setting the strategic IT direction at SBS, providing IT support and services, and consulting the different business units regarding new solutions and systems.

He has more than 20 years experience in the IT field and has managed various IT departments and teams for medium to large enterprises in the broadcasting, distribution and service industry. He has driven core IT transformations covering infrastructure, applications, development and IT organisations, and has established new capabilities in the Business Intelligence, Online Commerce and Collaboration space. Klaus has implemented and operated shared services delivery frameworks and information security programs.
