Kelly Bayer Rosmarin

Executive General Manager, Business Products & Development, Commonwealth Bank of Australia

Kelly Bayer Rosmarin is Executive General Manager of Business Products & Development for the Commonwealth Bank, where she is responsible for the Group’s portfolio of commercial banking products and services including commercial lending, merchant solutions, cash management, global transaction services, and its corporate internet platform, CommBiz. In addition to driving portfolio performance and product innovation to help the Group meet the needs of small and medium businesses and corporate and institutional clients, Kelly liaises with government and regulators on key business issues.

Since joining the Commonwealth Bank in 2004 as Executive Manager of Commercial Finance Products, Kelly has held roles as General Manager of the Corporate & Business Lending Group and General Manager of Business Development and Strategy, Premium Business Services.

Previously, Kelly was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, providing strategic recommendations to Fortune 50 firms in Australia. She also spent time in the USA, initially with Calico Commerce and then as Director of Product Strategy and Product Management for PeopleSoft.
