Chief Information Officer, Cancer Council NSW

John is the Chief Information Officer at Cancer Council NSW, a charity funded by public donations whose mission is to defeat cancer. Currently John is fully engaged in the delivery of a new CRM system using a popular Software-as-a-Service platform. This transformational project will deliver an enterprise-wide platform that allows Cancer Council NSW to deliver a better customer experience across its fundraising and service delivery areas whilst improving operational efficiency.

John graduated from University College London and during an IT and engineering career of 21 years, has worked with various private and public sector organisations in technical and managerial roles. His professional interests include architecture, solution design, software development, usability and solving business problems with technology.
