Annalie Killian is the Catalyst for Magic at AMP. She nurtures a culture of innovation and collaboration helping people to interpret new trends, experiment with new ideas and integrate emerging technologies into the way people work.

She led AMP’s award-winning corporate intranet and Enterprise 2.0 adoption and founded AMP’s crowd-sourcing innovation programme for employees.

Annalie is the creator and producer of the Amplify Festival which attracts global thought leaders on the business of tomorrow to Australia.

She is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s First Movers programme for global leaders working at the intersection of business growth and social impact.
