With 20 year experience in Technology Glenn's experience has been in Operations, System Management, Service Management, Relationship Management and Data Centre strategy.

He is an ITIL Expert V3 and has managed account for Nab's customers in Australia and NZ. As Nab drives to it Carbon Neutral target in 2010 the importance of Technology's role has been establishing in making Carbon targets and how technology change can play its part in driving down and organisation's footprint from the branch and back office to the Data Centre.

Glenn's role is in maintaining & sustaining Green IT. Doing all this in an environment through economic downturns and planning for recoveries and taking on new services makes Data Centre management a challenge currently across the industry.

He has been involved in creating and now executing nabs Data Centre strategy as Nab responds to the challenge of Greening its Infrastructure.
